Cooking Classes
Cooking classes are an ideal way to incorporate whole foods into your cooking repertoire. Classes are designed to foster a greater understanding about whole foods and simple ways to prepare them in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment. You learn to prepare delicious, healthy, nourishing food for yourself and your family. 
Classes are small and approximately two hours long. At the completion of each class everyone enjoys a delicious, healthy meal created in a fun, loving atmosphere. Classes include different menus, present a variety of techniques and cooking methods, and introduce new foods and ingredients.
